Lisa Nicholson
My journey into the fitness industry comes from a personal position as I was once overweight reaching 17st 10lb and a size twenty after becoming a mother of two. However enough was enough and I turned my life around through healthy eating and introducing activity into my life. I am now a size 12. My transformation spurned an interested in health and fitness competing in a number of adventure races, 10k runs culminating in becoming a respected Zumba, exercise to music instructor and personal trainer in the Warwickshire area. In recent years I have completed cycling London to Paris, a half marathon, 100km Ultra walk and have many more adventure to tick off my bucket list! Climbing Kilimanjaro is certainly in my sights!
I have a Diploma in Personal Training. I believe my journey gives me an advantage to help women lose weight, get fit and gain confidence because I have been where many of my clients are and successfully made the change enabling me to empathise better with the challenges that many of my clients face. I am passionate about making a difference to life with fitness and I absolutly believe that fitness should be fun and rewarding but at the same time it must be hard work to achieve those results we all want.
